DEFINITION: Oily skin is characterized by overactive sebaceous glands which produce excess amounts of oil, leading to breakouts if skin is not kept clean. Using a harsh cleanser or drying lotion can over dry and cause the skin to react by creating even more oil, so the secret is to find a balance between your skin's oil level and a drying/cleansing product.

PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE: Start with a Cleanser, Conditioner and an Eye Crème or Vitamin Treatment for the eye area. It is not only important to keep skin clean (reducing breakouts), but also to nourish and protect the skin.
